    How should I describe this product? Well I think the title of this review says it pretty well. We have purchased about 6 of these for our church. All but one or two of them have had to be sent back to Chauvet for repairs. Some of them broke after just using them for about two weeks. What makes it worse is that Chauvet’s customer service is terrible, you’ll be lucky if you can reach them. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money to buy a Martin. They sure cost a lot, but at least you’ll have a quality product.
