About Dottie
Over 25 Years of Inspiring Musicians
Dottie Buster is a graduate of Meredith College with a Bachelor of Music degree and a Nationally Certified Music Teacher with over 25 years of teaching experience.
Her teaching experience includes Kindermusik classes, church choirs, and both group and private music lessons. She believes that music can be an enriching experience from childhood through adulthood and has taught all ages and levels — from young beginners to retirees discovering piano for the first time, or adults desiring a refresher course.
She is committed to continuing her music education through workshops, seminars, and programs offered through the Raleigh Piano Teachers Association and Music Teachers National Association. She is a Past President of the Raleigh Piano Teachers Association and served on the local and state level of the North Carolina Music Teachers Association.
